Diviner Visual Brightness (normalized by cosine of lat)

Diviner channel 1 visual brightness restricted to local time hours between 9 and 10 (i.e. incidence angles 30 to 40 degrees at the equator) at 0.5 ppd with a photometric normalization applied.
