Diviner Visual Brightness (normalized by cosine of lat) Diviner channel 1 visual brightness restricted to local time hours between 9 and 10 (i.e. incidence angles 30 to 40 degrees at the equator) at 0.5 ppd with a photometric normalization applied. Diviner's solar channel 1 measures the reflectance of the surface relative to the reflectance of a normally illuminated Lambertian surface. For more information, please refer to: Williams, J.
